While listening, you need to guess what intervals are being played.
Many people mistake this for ear training, but it's more ear testing.
Sure, if you listen to something repeatedly, you will eventually memorize the sound, but that is one of the slowest ways to train your ear.
This video will test how good or bad your ear is. It does not do much to train your ear but gives you a good baseline of where you are.
